"Refund Took Way Longer Than I Expected?!"
I did end up getting my refund, but wow, it took way longer than I thought it would?! Glad it finally came through, but the wait was frustrating.

"Wish every warranty claim was this easy"
Had a breaker fail and expected a hassle, but I wish I hadn’t worried so much. They handled the warranty quickly with no runaround, and the replacement was shipped out the same week.

"Still not sure about the part"
The part I received just didn’t look quite right to me, almost like it might not be genuine, if that makes sense. I contacted support, but they weren’t really able to clear things up or help much, so I’m still not totally sure how I feel about it.

"Finally found the breaker I needed"
I had been looking all over for this odd breaker and it was getting frustrating. Nobody seemed to have it, and I kept running into the same problem over and over again. Finally found it here, which was a relief, because I was tired of wasting time trying to track down such a random part.

"I found the part I needed and paid..."
I found the part I needed and paid for it right away, so I assumed things would start moving quickly. Instead, the order just seemed to sit there for a few days with no real update. I ended up having to reach out just to figure out what was going on. The part did arrive eventually, so it wasn’t a total loss, but in my opinion the processing time was much slower than it should’ve been. I wouldn’t count on it if you need something in a hurry

"They actually understood what I needed"
I had this odd issue with my panel and wasn’t sure where to start. They knew right away which breaker I needed and didn’t make me feel like we were just guessing our way through it. It was a small thing, but it reminded me how much easier everything feels when you’re talking to someone who really knows their work.

"Checkout was just okay, not exactly “smooth”"
The checkout process was fine in the end, but the payment page took a while to load. It did eventually work, so I can’t complain too much, but I was expecting something faster based on all the vague promises about it being quick and seamless.

"Wrong breaker showed up"
I ordered a specific breaker, but the one that showed up was a different model than what was listed on my order. It looked similar at first... but once I checked it closer, it definitely wasn’t the one I needed, so it ended up holding up the job.
Customer service did get back to me, which I appreciated, but getting it sorted out took longer than I expected. Not a terrible experience overall... I just wish the order had been double-checked before it shipped.

I ended up ordering the wrong breaker and had to send it back. The return went through fine, but it took a few emails back and forth and the refund came later than I expected. Wasn't a bad experience overall, just not the smoothest.

"Worked fine, but looked worn"
I ordered a breaker from coasttocoastbreaker.com and it worked fine once it was installed. I’m giving it 3 stars because it was in rougher shape than I expected. It had some scratches and dust on it, which wasn’t a huge deal, but it was definitely noticeable. Shipping was okay. I’d probably buy from them again if the price was good, but I do wish the product condition had been described a little more clearly.

"Showed up pretty much right on schedule"
I got tracking updates along the way, and the breaker showed up right around when they said it would. No real issues with the order at all, it was packed well enough, installed fine, and worked like it was supposed to. Overall, it was a easy purchase and took maybe a few days from order to delivery.

I was expecting a better-quality breaker, but the one I got looked like it may have been handled before and felt kind of cheap. Not saying anything for sure, but it definitely didn’t give me the impression of a brand-new item

"Good prices compared to other sites"
I was shopping around for a breaker, most of the prices I found were a lot higher than I expected.

Coast to Coast Breaker ended up having the best price I could find, without it feeling sketchy, or too good to be true. Checkout was easy, and there weren’t any weird extra fees popping up at the end.

Overall, I’m happy with the order. Next time I need something like this, I’ll probably check them first, before buying anywhere else

I wasn’t totally sure this breaker would fit my older panel, but based on the site info I assumed it was the right match and went for it. Sure enough, it dropped right in and has been working fine. No issues so far, and checking compatibility before ordering was straightforward.

"Inventory wasn’t accurate"
I ordered a breaker because the website showed it was in stock, and I needed it quickly for a job. The next day, they reached out to say it wasn’t actually available and offered me something else instead.
As someone who does this kind of work and depends on parts being available when they say they are, that was really frustrating. It wasted time I didn’t have, and the inventory should be kept more accurate. I won’t be ordering from them again.

"Communication could’ve been clearer"
As someone who likes to stay on top of things, I found the communication a bit frustrating. I had to ask twice just to get basic updates, and even then the replies weren’t super clear. The order turned out fine in the end, but the communication definitely could’ve been better

"Found the breaker I wasn’t sure I’d find"
I needed an older breaker and wasn’t sure I was going to track one down at all. The local shops either didn’t have it or told me it was backordered, so I checked coasttocoastbreaker.com kind of expecting the same answer. Somehow they had it listed in stock, and I found it quickly.
I was a little skeptical at first, just because it was the exact one I needed and I’d already struck out a few times. But it worked out and made the repair a lot less frustrating than I thought it was going to be. I’d probably check them again next time before running around everywhere.
